They were one of the only dealers in the USA that had the trailer I wanted. I phoned them and they were willing to Facetime me to walk through the trailer to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. He even added some additional hooks I requested. The purchase was easy and seamless. The owner even personally delivered my trailer to Indiana for a very reasonable fee.
